Members of this team help us distribute our GMHC Commitment Cards at the last plenary session on Saturday morning. You will stand at the various entry points to the worship center and give each conference attendee one commitment card to fill out. Please note you will need to be comfortable with standing for a period of time.
At the end of the plenary session, we will collect the cards from the stage and deliver them back to the volunteer coordinator in ATLR 202.

As a volunteer, we want to make sure you feel comfortable and confident in your assigned role. This training will go over specifics of your role and what you can expect when you arrive during the week of the conference. This is also the perfect time to ask any questions you have about the conference or what you will be doing.
We highly encourage you to attend this training if at all possible to help the week of the conference go as smoothly as possible for everyone!
