Members of this team will assist us at our registration/check-in or continuing education tables during the conference. You will be scanning attendee ticket QR codes with an iPad, or using a computer to check-in attendees. Each attendee will also need to then receive their GMHC bag upon check-in. Please note you will need to feel comfortable with sitting for prolonged periods of time, as well as feeling comfortable with using an iPad or laptop computer.

As a volunteer, we want to make sure you feel comfortable and confident in your assigned role. This training will go over specifics of your role and what you can expect when you arrive during the week of the conference. This is also the perfect time to ask any questions you have about the conference or what you will be doing.
We highly encourage you to attend this training if at all possible to help the week of the conference go as smoothly as possible for everyone!
