Mission pastor for 35 years in 3 churches, all of whom were recognized for excellence in missions by books on the best way to do missions in the local church. During that time Doug's churches sent 40 long-term missionaries into both domestic and international fields. Doug has spoken on the subject of preparing and sending missionaries in several national conferences.
