After 16 years serving in missions mobilization (for one organization at a time), JJ launched Compel Global as a missions matchmaking service. Co-founded with his father Steve (who comes from a 40-year history in church and mission leadership roles), the organization quickly grew. Compel Global now mobilizes for 20 different sending organizations and can place people on almost every country on the planet.
