Tear Down & Clean Up The tear down crew must be able bodied & pay particular attention not to injure items the can be reused for another year. They will be involved in tear down, pack up , transport and store items. This job includes some of the following: but not limited to the following: 1. Breakdown of Exhibit Experience 2. Registration Hanging signs 3. Registration floor stands 4. Directional Signage 5. Prayer Room Setup 6. Exhibit Drop-off Sign sets This job will start at 10 am COME 10-15 MINUTES EARLY to get checked in. Goal to be done by 3pm.

Breakout Session Assistant Room Assistants We are looking for volunteers to assist us with our breakout session rooms. This volunteer will be responsible for the following things: 1. Count how many attendees attended the session, and record number in provided packet. 2. Close rooms that are at capacity (we must follow fire marshal laws) 3. If an IT need arises this volunteer will need to notify volunteer coordinator or conference coordinator so it can be resolved. 4. Be available to assist the breakout session speaker with distribution or collection of materials This volunteer will need to remain in the breakout session room for the entirety of the session. This volunteer will also need to feel comfortable with closing rooms that are at capacity, and communicating this with breakout session attendees. Sound like a role for you?!?! Exhibit Hall Assistant Exhibit Hall We need volunteers to assist us in our exhibit halls. From helping exhibitors cart boxes to their booths, to setting up QR code signage, to checking-in exhibitors, to assisting with our exhibitor hospitality room, there are many ways to serve our amazing exhibitors during the conference. To serve in this role you will need to feel comfortable with standing for short periods of time, walking short distances, assisting with check-in tables, and delivering boxes via rolling carts to various booth spaces. Pre-Conference Set-Up We need volunteers to assist us with setting up the conference spaces. This includes (but not limited to): -Unloading our GMHC storage room (rolling carts provided) -Setting up floor signage at various places in the main building -Setting up registration tables -Assisting with construction of our center atrium display Our conference coordinator will be onsite to assist and direct as needed. You will need to feel comfortable and able to lift up to 20 lbs boxes, stand for extended periods of time, and walk various locations in the main building.

Virtual Video Assistant (in-person) Do you feel comfortable with technology?! We need volunteers to help us turn on and off mevo cameras in our breakout rooms that will be streamed virtually. If there are issues you will have access to our virtual conference coordinator for assistance.

Registration Registration We are looking for volunteers to assist us at our registration/check-in tables during the conference. You will be scanning attendee ticket QR codes with an iPad, or using a computer to check-in attendees. Each attendee will need to then receive their GMHC bag upon check-in. You will need to feel comfortable with sitting for prolonged periods of time, as well as feeling comfortable with using an iPad or laptop computer.

Meal Distribution Meal Distribution We need volunteers to help us distribute our box meals at the conference. We serve three different meals: Thursday dinner Friday lunch Friday dinner We also set up grab & go snack tables on the last day of the conference (Saturday). Mealtime Trash Pick-Up Trash Pickup During mealtime We are looking for volunteers to help us keep our facilities clean during mealtimes. We have an amazing Campus Care team, but they will need assistance with pulling trash from various trash cans during meal times only.
