Join us for desert if you want to see what serving as a long-term missionary really looks like. A Normal Life is a powerful documentary that documents the life and work of the Cummings family. Dr. Daniel and Dr. Priscila Cummings serve as career medical missionary physicians with Christian Health Service Corps at Kalukembe hospital in Angola. If you want to see what serving as a medical missionary is like, this video is a good starting point. It will help you recognize the joys and pains of serving in medical missions. Viewer discretion is strongly advised. Last year CHSC saw 1132 and 61 maternal deaths in our partner hospitals because many arrive for help too late. This video captures this everyday reality in hospitals in low and middle-income countries.
