Serving with SIM in Malawi for 16 years. Founded Partners in Hope Medical Center and a large HIV training program that works in 9 districts in Malawi and into northern Mozambique. After handing over leadership of Partners in Hope, Perry serves as the Senior Vice President for Strategic Partnerships with MedSend. In 2019, Perry began working with African Mission Healthcare (AMH) leading their Mission Hospital Teaching Network program. This program works with mission hospitals to strengthen human, physical and organizational infrastructure toward becoming teaching hospitals, training a generation of national healthcare leaders. .
