You have a heart for God’s people but are wondering how to prepare. Come learn how to take steps from undergrad, through medical or healthcare graduate school, residency and graduation. There are so many ways to prepare: academically, spiritually, financially, relationally. God wants you to serve Him, but if you are not intentional, the path can be bumpy. Learn how to stay on the path of serving Christ whole-heartedly.
This workshop will cover personal discipleship, shadowing, financial responsibility by simple living, gap year, fellowship and mentoring through medical school, intentionality during residency with preceptorships, working in an underserved area after graduation, NHSC, MedSend, marriage, family, singleness.

Objectives

Students will know the resources available to guide them spiritually and vocationally through their training years.
