Audrey Frank is the author of Covered Glory: The Face of Honor and Shame in the Muslim World (Harvest House Publishers, 2019).
This session gives an overview of the Islamic worldview of honor and shame and teaches how to share the Gospel through the honor-shame paradigm. The presenter served as a speech-language pathogist on cleft palate teams in the Muslim world for over thirteen years. Discussion will address the medical context.
Attendees will gain a basic understanding of the honor-shame worldview.
Attendees will learn keys to identify honor and shame in the Bible as a means to share the Gospel within that worldview.
Attendees will apply what they have learned through the use of case study and small group discussion.
