This session will explore the importance of anticipating needs and listening to treat patients successfully. As clinicians, we quickly work towards solving the immediate problem, but the healing process is much more than clinical interventions. Our education and training focus on caring for people, but not always caring about people. How can we best support patients in improving healing from a physical, mental, and spiritual standpoint regardless of the clinical setting?
